Sr. CV/ML Engineer

Computer Vision / Deep Learning Engineer

We are seeking a Mid-Senior Level Computer Vision Engineer to join a high-impact AI initiative focused on real-world visual intelligence applications. This role will contribute to the design, development, and deployment of advanced computer vision models in a production environment.

Location :?

On-site in Boston/RI Area. Minimum 3-4 Days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement computer vision and deep learning solutions using Python
• Build, train, and optimize neural network models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Design and deploy models for tasks including:
• Image classification
• Object detection
• Face recognition
• Image segmentation
• Optical Character Recognition (OCR)
• Work with large-scale datasets for training, validation, and testing
• Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI solutions into operational systems

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning
• Strong proficiency in Python
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning
• Experience developing computer vision systems for image recognition, detection, or classification
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and scale algorithms in production environments

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with object detection frameworks (e.g., YOLO)
• Exposure to retail technology, automation systems, or real-time processing environments
• Familiarity with large-scale data processing and GPU-based training environments
