About the Role

We are building an intelligence platform for field service operators, and this role owns the data pipelines that feed it.

You will build every connection to ServiceTitan, QuickBooks, GA4, and CallRail — as well as the automated website deployment pipeline for our marketing product (RapidSite).

API integration work is uniquely demanding: undocumented edge cases, schema drift, rate limit complexity, and reconciliation bugs that only surface with real client data. We need someone who has lived this in production.

Senior individual contributor role. No management responsibilities. Direct collaboration with the Principal Architect and US-based stakeholders.

📍 Location: Remote — India-based candidates only

📅 Start Date: June 15, 2026

🎯 Target: Production-ready by January 2027

🕐 Hours: Must be available during US business hours (EST/PST overlap required)

🌐 English: Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory

What You Will Build:

▸ RapidSite (System B): Duda API template system, GHL HVAC snapshot, Claude content generation pipeline — 65+ pages from intake form, end-to-end tested

▸ ServiceTitan OAuth + QuickBooks Hotglue sync with HVAC account mapping >85% automated

▸ PostHog, BrightLocal, LLM Pulse, and weather trigger integrations live and tracking

▸ GA4, CallRail, and Make.com integrations; cross-source revenue reconciliation <5% variance

▸ All Hotglue syncs reliable across 3+ design partners; DLQ alerting and retry logic live

▸ Data Quality Score pipeline; new portco integration time under 48 hours

▸ 10+ production portcos running without engineer involvement; RapidSite at 15–20 live client sites

Tech Stack:

▸ ServiceTitan API — OAuth for 100+ tenants, rate limit backoff, webhook validation

▸ QuickBooks Online + Desktop — financial data normalization, QBO vs QBD experience required

▸ Hotglue / Airbyte / iPaaS — 1+ year in production, Python transformation layer

▸ GA4 + CallRail — API data extraction, webhook pipeline

▸ Duda API + GoHighLevel + Claude API — programmatic page generation from structured inputs

▸ PostHog + BrightLocal + Tomorrow.io — conversion tracking, Map Pack rankings, weather triggers

▸ Python (4+ years) · JavaScript / TypeScript (secondary)

Strong Fit If You:

▸ Have built a programmatic page generation pipeline from structured inputs

▸ Have integrated QuickBooks or an equivalent financial API and can name specific edge cases

▸ Have managed OAuth tokens for 50+ concurrent tenants

▸ Have built normalization mapping between two different source schemas

▸ Have used Hotglue, Airbyte, or similar iPaaS in production — not just Zapier UI

▸ Have configured a marketing automation platform (GHL, HubSpot, or equivalent) via API

▸ Communicate clearly in English, in writing and on calls

Not a Match If You:

▸ Have no programmatic web deployment experience — UI-only website builder exposure only

▸ Have only worked with internal APIs — no third-party financial or operational API production work

▸ Think documentation was good for a financial API — it never is

▸ Used a shared OAuth token cache for all tenants — this is a data contamination risk

▸ Have Zapier UI experience only — no programmatic iPaaS or webhook pipeline work
