Job Description

You are being hired as a QC / QA Chemist for the laboratory team in the Dyes & Pigments Manufacturing industry located in Ahmedabad. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
  • Maintaining laboratory documentation, ISO records, TDS, COA, and MSDS
  • Troubleshooting quality and process issues
  • Ensuring safety and statutory compliance
  • Supporting product development and process improvement
  • Coordinating with Production, Maintenance, and EHS teams

To excel in this role, you are expected to have knowledge in:

  • Analytical and process chemistry
  • Handling instruments like HPTLC, UV Spectrophotometer, AAS, Auto Titrator, Wet Analysis
  • Familiarity with ISO, GMP, and laboratory safety practices
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a keen focus on quality.

Please note that this role requires a minimum qualification of M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry and 3-5 years of relevant experience. The working hours are from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, and it is a 6-day working week.
