MERN Stack Developer – Fresher / Junior Level (Full-Time)

Full Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of internship or training experience who have worked on real projects and are eager to grow in a professional development environment.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of frontend and backend development using the MERN stack and should be comfortable working on real-time web applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using MERN stack technologies
• Build responsive user interfaces using React.js
• Develop backend APIs and application logic using Node.js and Express.js
• Work with MongoDB or MySQL databases for data handling and storage
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Debug, test, and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with team members and complete assigned tasks within deadlines
• Follow coding standards and best development practices

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of React.js
• Basic understanding of Node.js and Express.js
• Understanding of REST APIs and API integration
• Familiarity with MongoDB or MySQL databases
• Basic knowledge of Git or version control systems
• Understanding of responsive web design
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• BCA / B.Tech / B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Fresher or up to 6 months of internship/training experience
• Minimum 2–3 functional projects (GitHub or live project links preferred)
• Ability to explain project functionality and development approach clearly

Preferred Skills:

• Internship or freelance project experience
• Basic knowledge of deployment platforms such as Vercel or Netlify
• Understanding of application structure and workflow
• Exposure to dashboard, management system, or CRUD-based applications
