The Role
We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own top-of-funnel lead generation across the out portfolio. You'll be the first voice prospects hear — researching target accounts, running outbound campaigns, qualifying inbound interest, and setting discovery meetings for our Sales Representatives.
This role is the proving ground for a sales career at our company. Top performers move into a closing Sales Representative role with a guaranteed minimum during a 120-day ramp, transitioning to draw plus uncapped commission.

What You'll Do
- Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for the our sales team.
- Run high-volume outbound prospecting — cold calls, personalized email sequences, LinkedIn outreach.
- Research target accounts in automotive, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics.
- Qualify inbound leads from the website, events, and marketing campaigns.
- Hand off qualified opportunities cleanly to Sales Reps with full discovery notes.
- Maintain pipeline data and activity discipline in CRM.
- Hit weekly and monthly meeting, opportunity, and pipeline-generated targets.
- Learn the Axvor service lines deeply enough to qualify across all three operating companies.
You're a Fit If You Have
- 1–2 years of sales, lead generation, customer-facing, or call center experience (strong recent grads with hustle also welcome).
- Comfort on the phone — you can make 50+ calls a day without losing energy.
- Strong written communication — your cold emails get opened and replied to.
- Resilience and a competitive edge — most outbound gets ignored, and you don't take it personally.
- Organization — you can manage 100+ active prospects across multiple stages.
- Coachability — you want feedback and you act on it fast.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
Nice to Have
- Experience with sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Previous SDR/BDR or inside sales role.
- Background in B2B services, staffing, logistics, or industrial verticals.
- Familiarity with prospecting into manufacturing, automotive, or supply chain buyers.
