Windows System Administrator

As a Windows System Administrator, you become the architect, guardian and accelerator of our Windows environments. You design, optimize and enhance the platforms that power the organization. You are the go-to expert for preventing incidents, strengthening security and modernizing infrastructure. Using a modern technology stack—including PowerShell, Azure, SCCM, GPO, JEA, Windows Server, Azure DevOps and GitHub—you contribute directly to building a more reliable, automated and innovative environment. More specifically, you will be required to:

• Take charge of major technical issues and deliver lasting solutions
• Act rapidly during major incidents to restore services

Protect. Secure.

• Identify vulnerabilities and apply patches to strengthen security
• Support audits and drive improvements in the organization’s security posture

Build. Deploy. Accelerate.

• Design infrastructure pipelines and advance automation
• Code, test and deploy solutions using a modern DevOps approach

Share. Empower.

• Document what matters and share your knowledge to help teams become more autonomous

Improve. Innovate.

• Identify opportunities to optimize and drive ongoing modernization of our Windows environments
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and apply them effectively

What you bring to the table

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in Windows Server administration
• Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
• Knowledge of French is required
• Expertise with Windows Server 2019, 2022 and 2025
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (pipelines, CI/CD, automation)
• Proficiency in PowerShell and automation
• Knowledge of GPO, JEA, JIT and privileged-access best practices
• Knowledge of security principles
• Knowledge of telecommunications and VMware
• Available to work outside regular business hours
