Role Description

We are hiring a Web3 DeFi, NFT and Metaverse Ecosystem Specialist (Remote – Canada) to support ecosystem development, strategy, and growth across DesiverseDAO’s Web3 initiatives.

This role focuses on building and optimizing DeFi integrations, supporting NFT and gaming ecosystems, and contributing to metaverse strategy. The specialist will help shape the platform’s token economy, user engagement models, and cross platform growth within the broader Web3 landscape.

Responsibilities

• Support development of DeFi strategies including staking, rewards, and liquidity systems
• Contribute to NFT ecosystem design, marketplace strategy, and asset utility
• Assist in building and scaling metaverse and gaming related initiatives
• Analyze tokenomics and user incentive structures
• Identify growth opportunities across Web3, gaming, and cultural ecosystems
• Monitor market trends across DeFi, NFTs, and metaverse platforms
• Collaborate with community, developers, and partners to drive ecosystem expansion

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of DeFi, NFTs, and blockchain ecosystems
• Experience or interest in Web3 gaming, metaverse platforms, or token economies
• Knowledge of staking, liquidity, and incentive design
• Understanding of community driven platforms and DAO structures
• Familiarity with blockchain tools, wallets, and NFT platforms
• Strong creativity combined with analytical thinking
• Active involvement in Web3 communities is a plus

Compensation

Salary range: CAD 85,000 – CAD 110,000 per year depending on experience and Web3 background

Token based incentives and community governance participation may also be offered.
