We are looking for a confident, well-spoken fresher with excellent communication skills who can represent the brand professionally and coordinate with clients seamlessly.

PositionClient Relationship & Design Coordination Executive (Fresher)Key Responsibilities

• Handle client communication professionally through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
• Coordinate with architects, vendors, site teams, and clients.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the design team.
• Maintain project updates and client records.
• Support in presentation preparation and mood boards.
• Ensure premium client experience throughout the project journey.
• Follow up with leads and inquiries generated through social media and references.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Presentable personality with professional etiquette.
• Good command over English and Hindi.
• Confident in handling luxury/HNI clients.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, Canva, or PowerPoint is a plus.
• Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Profile

• Freshers can apply.
• Background in Interior Design, Architecture, Mass Communication, Business, or Hospitality preferred.
• Candidates with luxury retail or client-facing internship experience will be preferred.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month
