As an experienced Interior Designer with at least 3+ years of experience, specializing in Modular Residential Interior projects, you will be responsible for the following:
- Assessing and meeting client requirements and desires through regular meetings and conferences
- Producing sketches, drawings, and floor plans using computer-aided design programs (CAD) and hand-drawing skills
- Creating idea boards to effectively communicate design concepts to clients
- Demonstrating a strong understanding and aptitude of design principles
- Showcasing an excellent portfolio of previous works
- Utilizing creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design
To qualify for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in residential projects
- Mandatory experience in Modular interior projects
- Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Proven experience in handling clients and managing projects independently
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively

- Academic: Diploma in Interior Designing (2/3 years), B.Arch, Civil
