** NEW/RECENT GRADS: we are also open to hiring a new/recent college graduate who would like hands-on clinical experience prior to continuing their pre-health education. Opportunities to learn medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology, as well as receive mentorship from leaders in the field. Participation in clinical research a possibility. Commitment of 24+ months of full-time employment REQUIRED to be considered. **

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 5 days, 40 hours/week (start/end time dependent on the day)

What You’ll Do:

• Assist providers with exams, procedures and minor surgery
• Take/update patient histories and vital signs
• Document, scribe, complete progress notes in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Prepare, stock and maintain clean, organized exam rooms
• Administer medications as directed
• Provide patient education and triage calls
• Anticipate providers' needs and manage patient flow
• Handle administrative duties such as composing letters, processing specimens, uploading results, sending eprescriptions, and completing various clinical logs

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 4 years of Medical Assistant experience preferred (not required for new/recent grads)
• Strong multitasking skills with extreme attention to detail
• Excellent communication and team collaboration
• Comfort with fast-paced environments and EMR systems
• Dependability and reliability
• Desire for LONG-TERM, full-time employment
