Job Description
As an Associate Manager - Client Servicing at Dentsu, your role involves consulting clients and delivering social and digital media strategies for brands. You will be responsible for managing a complete portfolio of clients, meeting their social and digital requirements, contributing to overall brand management, and achieving excellence in expectations.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Craft and implement social/digital campaign strategies to create brand awareness, strengthen brand positioning, and meet brand objectives
- Conduct internal audits and analyze social media campaigns using tracking systems to gather data for campaign improvement
- Set strategic roadmaps and objectives for digital projects, reporting on ROI for effective strategy implementation
- Model and track KPIs to measure campaign and digital project performance as necessary
- Plan and prepare quarterly, bi-annual, and annual campaign reports, assisting in crafting roadmaps for the brand
- Collaborate with all teams (SEO/Tech/Media/ORM/Research/Ecommerce, others) to provide authentic responses for campaign and brand requirements
- Ensure deliverables exceed set expectations and handle commercial reporting, accounting, and finance responsibilities for owned accounts
- Liaise with third-party vendors, influencers, and partner firms for campaigns and projects, managing commercials and negotiations
- Oversee and participate in on-ground events and workshops as necessary, initiate and publish PR activities and case studies
- Research current industry trends and audience preferences to improve digital marketing strategies
- Identify new opportunities to promote and assist in brands' business growth, establish a robust relationship with clients
- Lead, drive, challenge, and participate in all stages of strategizing, planning, creative, and delivery processes
- Define timelines, milestone requirements, and manage sign-offs with clients, producing project schedules, creative briefs, risk assessments, delivery plans, and progress reports
- Address escalations and queries effectively, manage and mentor immediate teams, direct them in finding creative solutions, provide necessary training and tools for career growth

- *Job Qualifications:**
- Postgraduate, Graduate, or holder of a UGC approved Diploma in Mass Media/Marketing Communication/Advertising or equivalent
- Certification in Digital Media/SEO/SEM/Ecommerce/Strategy or Planning will be considered an added honor
- 3.5 - 5 years of work experience with a brand, digital/social/advertising/creative/media agency
