About the Role: Lead Consultant – Data Science
Location: India Remote
Experience – 10+ years
Delphi is a Data, AI, and Security company with a strong foundation in proprietary IP and accelerators. This role is responsible for elevating Delphi’s market positioning toward a product-led, IP-focused Data & AI partner across all digital, social, and external communication channels.
What you will do
- Lead the development and deployment of advanced machine learning and AI models for real-world
business problems
- Design and implement scalable data science solutions using Azure cloud services
- Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to translate
requirements into technical solutions
- Build, optimize, and maintain ML pipelines and model lifecycle management (MLOps)
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts
- Ensure best practices in model performance, monitoring, and governance
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and cloud technologies
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI
- Strong proficiency in Python, R, or similar programming languages
- Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory,
Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse
- Experience in building and deploying ML models at scale
- Solid understanding of statistics, predictive modeling, NLP, or computer vision
- Experience with MLOps frameworks and tools
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
