As a Security Manager in the Facility Management / Operations department of a mixed-use residential and office tower in Mumbai, your role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of residents, tenants, staff, and assets. Your responsibilities include:

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring security policies and procedures for the property
• Ensuring 24/7 security coverage across residential and commercial areas
• Conducting regular security audits, risk assessments, and inspections
• Supervising, training, and managing security guards and supervisors
• Conducting daily briefings and shift handovers with guards
• Ensuring proper deployment, discipline, and performance of all security staff
• Establishing and enforcing emergency response procedures such as fire, medical emergencies, and evacuations
• Coordinating mock drills, safety training sessions, and maintenance of fire safety systems, alarms, and CCTV systems
• Monitoring CCTV operations, access control systems, visitor management, and parking security
