Job Description
A Warehouse Executive is responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound receiving, put-away, inventory control, order picking, packing, dispatch, and maintaining safety and process compliance. The role supports accurate inventory records, on-time order fulfillment, and efficient warehouse productivity.
- Inbound Operations: Receive incoming materials/shipments, verify quantity and condition against invoices, GRNs, ASNs, or manifests, report discrepancies, and coordinate unloading and put-away.
- * Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records in WMS/ERP or inventory trackers, perform cycle counts and physical stock audits, investigate variances and support reconciliation, and ensure proper bin/location management and FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- * Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain GRNs, dispatch notes, stock transfer records, and POD-related documentation, update operational dashboards and trackers as required, and communicate inventory shortages, delays, damages, and operational issues promptly.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month
