Senior Financial Analyst Driving Strategic Value and M&A Insights

This role reports to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and requires strong financial modeling and analytical responsibilities. You will work closely with business partners in assessing value capture opportunities, while being instrumental in preparing synergy modeling for current and future mergers. • Support enterprise-wide value realization reporting
• Prepare synergy modeling for M&A activities
• Develop detailed analysis for strategic initiative performance
• Assist in quarterly forecasts and planning cycles
• Partner with teams to assess value capture opportunities Requirements:
• CPA designation preferred
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
• 3+ years of Finance experience
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
