We are looking for a strong leader to help oversee and align the front-end functions of the business, including sales, customer service, CRM management, and coordination with outside marketing partners.
We are a growing, premium home-service company serving the Tampa Bay area through two specialized brands: Marvelux Lighting, focused on high-end outdoor and architectural lighting, and Decorating Elves, focused on custom holiday and event lighting. Our work is design-driven, service-oriented, and built around delivering an exceptional client experience from first contact to final completion.
Looking for someone with experience in a home-service business who understands lead handling, follow-up, customer communication, CRM systems, and team accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and support the sales team’s follow-up, pipeline activity, and performance
- Help manage and improve the customer service experience
- Own CRM organization, workflows, automations, and reporting
- Coordinate outside marketing, website, SEO, advertising, and social media vendors
- Improve communication and handoff between marketing, sales, and customer service
- Help ensure leads are handled quickly, clients are communicated with professionally, and nothing falls through the cracks
- Report on key metrics and help leadership improve systems and performance
Qualifications
- Experience in a home-service businesses
- Experience leading or supporting sales and customer service teams
- Strong CRM, pipeline, and follow-up management skills
- Strong communication and organizational ability
- Experience coordinating with outside marketing or website vendors preferred
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
