Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Engineer based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area. The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for supporting the sales process through the preparation of quotations, handling technical pre-sales queries, and providing technical support to customers. Additionally, the individual will work collaboratively with the sales team to identify customer needs, propose suitable automation solutions, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Sales, with a proven ability to handle client interactions effectively.
• Skills in preparing detailed Quotations and managing the sales documentation process.
• Knowledge and experience in Sales Engineering, including understanding technical specifications and solutions.
• Proficiency in Technical Support, providing customers with prompt and accurate assistance regarding automation solutions.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Technical background or education in engineering, automation, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work in an on-site setting and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Experience in the industrial automation industry is preferred.
