Kick-Ass AM Summary:
As a member of the Client Management team, you will focus on managing client relationships, reviewing issues, monitoring trends, and managing life cycles of equipment. You are also expected to find opportunities and turn them into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction between Debian and its clients.
As an AM, you will be accountable for:
- Building senior level relationships with existing client accounts
- Communicating solutions to clients through written presentations and regular business correspondence
- Increasing client satisfaction, retention, renewals, and references
- Maintaining ongoing awareness of new products and services and competitor activities
To be successful in the AE role, you:
- Have superior time management skills with the ability to manage priorities independently
- Have at least 2 years experience in the IT industry
- Have excellent public speaking and client engagement skills
- Have excellent business level written communication skills
- Have high level of proficiency with Microsoft productivity tools
