Location - Jaipur , Raj.

Job Description

Conduct chemical composition analysis of metals and alloys using spectrometers, wet chemistry, or other analytical techniques.

Test sand, binders, and other raw materials to ensure they meet required standards.

Monitor and analyze slag, flux, and other process by-products. Ensure compliance with material specifications by verifying metal composition.

Test final cast products for chemical properties and adherence to industry standards.

Maintain consistency in chemical properties to avoid casting defects. Work closely with the production team to control furnace operations based on chemical analysis results.

Optimize metal melting and refining processes to achieve desired mechanical properties.

Suggest corrective actions if chemical deviations occur during production. Maintain accurate records of all laboratory test results.

Prepare reports on chemical composition, test findings, and quality deviations.

Ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, or other regulatory standards.
