About the Job
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Automotive Assembly Line Workers to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will assist in assembling automotive parts and components while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards in a fast-paced environment.
Salary - $19.00 - $20.00 (based on experience)
Shift - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble automotive parts and components according to specifications.
- Operate production line equipment and machinery safely.
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues.
- Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Meet daily production targets and performance expectations.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve efficiency.
- Qualifications:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred
- Previous assembly line or manufacturing experience.
- Experience using hand tools and production equipment.
- Knowledge of automotive components and manufacturing processes.
