An emerging venture-backed firm is reshaping how companies coordinate internal operations and business logic. This position invites you to help architect the core systems that support real-time decisions, configurable processes, and streamlined performance, all without legacy constraints.

They raised a $20M Series A and recently secured a Series B.

You’ll collaborate with a focused group of engineers driving the development of a platform that enables flexible process definition, intelligent automation, and actionable insights across operational layers.

Where You’ll Make an Impact:

• Develop services that manage adaptable data structures and logic layers across evolving use cases
• Implement resilient mechanisms to handle live configuration updates with traceability
• Build tooling that supports no-code/low-code process design and validation
• Enhance an execution engine tailored for responsive operations and insight generation
• Deliver ergonomic interfaces and libraries that abstract underlying complexity
• Provide full visibility and semantic search across system-wide information sets
• Support engineering maturity through guidance, collaboration, and shared ownership

Your Experience Should Include:

• Working with scalable data transformation workflows involving tools like Postgres, DuckDB, or search engines
• Running dependable cloud-deployed systems in production
• Designing adaptable architectures and reusable software components
• Familiarly building large-scale ETL pipelines
