Medical Office Assistant (MOA)
Location: Burnaby/ Coquitlam, BC
Schedule: Weekdays, & some Saturdays
EMR: OSCAR
Dawson Medical Clinic is seeking an experienced Medical Office Assistant to join our busy family practice and immigration medical centre.
Responsibilities
- Patient reception and flow management
- Scheduling, phones, referrals, billing
- Scanning, faxing, documentation
- Supporting physicians and clinic operations
Requirements
- 1+ year MOA experience preferred (family practice preferred)
- OSCAR EMR experience preferred
- Farsi/Persian language skills preferred
- Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
