Territory Sales Representative – Automation & Robotics
We are seeking a motivated territory sales professional to drive revenue growth through strong partner and customer relationships. This role focuses on consultative selling of technical solutions within the automation and robotics space.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed annual sales and margin targets
- Manage and grow relationships with customers and channel partners
- Support the full sales cycle, including presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and pricing discussions
- Identify new business opportunities through regular account and partner reviews
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective, customer-focused solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, and pipeline reporting
- Travel regularly within the assigned territory
Qualifications
- 6+ years of sales experience; automation, robotics, or industrial solutions experience preferred
- Proven field-based territory sales experience
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical solutions
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and closing skills
- Self-directed, highly organized, and performance-driven
- Willingness to travel, including overnight and air travel
Education & Technical Background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Technical training or hands-on experience in automation or robotics is a strong asset
Compensation & Location
- $115,000 to $125,000 base salary, plus commission and profit sharing
- Car allowance provided
- Role is based in Mississauga with a hybrid work arrangement
