Qualifications Required:

  • Experience building applications, especially microservices and server-side apps in Dotnet, Python, Node.js, or Typescript
  • Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform
  • Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes in production environments, ideally using Helm, Flux, or ArgoCD
  • Strong experience with Docker and containerization concepts, including building, managing, and deploying containerized applications
  • Good literacy in Python for scripting, automation tasks, and services which support the squads
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, with experience working in cross-functional product teams
  • Ability to contribute to iterative planning, continuous improvement, and collaborative delivery
  • Familiarity with automated testing practices including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Experience writing testable code and integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines
  • Deep understanding of CI/CD principles and pipeline design
  • Experience with GitHub Actions
  • Good knowledge of the AWS cloud platform
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
