Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring clients receive maximum value from the platform. Your analytical prowess will help forecast the expansion pipeline and keep stakeholders informed. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of customer accounts
  • Develop and implement account growth strategies
  • Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to track value
  • Collaborate with teams to shape go-to-market strategies Requirements:
  • 2–4 years in Account Management or Sales in SaaS
  • Proven record of achieving account growth quotas
  • Proficient in Salesforce and sales tools
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of finance functions an advantage Elevate customer experiences while driving growth in a flexible and rewarding remote environment.
