Become a key player as a remote Account Manager. Focus on expanding customer accounts through tailored upsells and enrich relationships while maximizing product value and satisfaction. This role allows you to own a variety of accounts while being a vital connection between customers and our product teams.
Your efforts will ensure clients experience all the benefits of our platform, driving significant revenue impact through accurate forecasting and dedicated partnership with Customer Success Managers. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse account portfolio effectively
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities promptly
- Collaborate with Customer Success for product satisfaction
- Conduct quarterly reviews to surface new opportunities
- Manage deal progression using Salesforce analytics Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in SaaS Account Management
- Demonstrated ability to drive account growth
- Strong familiarity with Salesforce and related tools
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
