Job Summary
We are actively hiring a Lead React Native Developer for an immediate requirement. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React Native, React, and Azure cloud integration, with proven experience delivering scalable mobile and web applications.
This role involves leading the design and development of patient- and clinician-facing healthcare platforms, ensuring high performance, security, and compliance in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development of React Native applications for both mobile (iOS/Android) and web using shared components (React Native Web).
Architect and integrate applications with secure backend services on Microsoft Azure (App Services, API Management, Azure Functions, Azure AD/OIDC).
Define and enforce engineering best practices including TypeScript standards, reusable component design, and testing strategies.
Manage CI/CD pipelines, optimize build and release processes, and ensure smooth deployments.
Drive performance tuning, monitoring, and telemetry using tools like Azure Monitor and Application Insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, Security, and Backend Engineering.
Mentor and guide developers, providing architectural direction for scalable and secure solutions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy, and accessibility standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of overall software development experience.
Minimum 3+ years in a Lead or Tech Lead role.
Strong expertise in:
React Native, React, and TypeScript
Mobile development lifecycle (iOS & Android)
Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud Services:
Azure App Services
Azure Functions
Azure API Management
Azure Key Vault
Azure Active Directory (AAD)
Experience with REST APIs / GraphQL and secure API integrations.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions).
Experience with mobile build and release tools:
Xcode
Android Studio
Fastlane / App Center
Solid understanding of application security and data privacy best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with React Native Web or building shared UI across web and mobile platforms.
Familiarity with healthcare systems, compliance standards (HIPAA), and accessibility (WCAG).
Knowledge of native development:
Swift / Objective-C (iOS)
Kotlin / Java (Android)
Experience with automated testing frameworks:
Jest, Detox, React Testing Library
