UI​/UX Designer

Location: Alticane

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in UX/UI design or related work experience
• Collaborate with the project manager, architect, and developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Optimize web applications for speed, performance, accessibility, and SEO, ensuring they meet Google’s Web Core Vitals benchmarks.
• Ability to build attractive and functional designs while understanding business objectives.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools (Adobe Creative Cloud Suite – XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience and understanding of a variety of business intelligence tools such as Power

BI and Tableau, in the perspective of how widgets and visualizations are used to tell the data story using analytics.

• Experience developing UI mockups and sketches that clearly illustrate how components function.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data sets into clear and actionable insights.
• Ability to prepare and present designs/prototypes to internal teams and key partners.
• Strong advocacy skills with the ability to champion user needs and design principles within the organization.
• Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX design and data visualization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide compelling presentations using attractive and robust wireframes for data driven storytelling.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders across the business, iterating quickly and asking the right questions.

Qualifications

• Experience translating designs from Figma or similar tools into live, responsive websites.
• Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques and experience hitting Google’s Web Core Vitals benchmarks.
• Familiarity with metadata formats and SEO best practices.
