<p data-pm-slice="1 1 []">MKTQ225R80</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>Databricks is seeking a Sr. Brand Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels. In this role, you will manage end-to-end campaign development, partnering closely with creative, media, and cross-functional marketing teams to bring Databricks’ brand strategy to life at scale. This is a highly collaborative role that requires both strategic brand vision and operational excellence, with the ability to drive campaigns that build awareness, relevance, and impact in the market.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>About the team</strong></p> <p>You will be a part of the Corporate Marketing team and will play an important role in sharing our brand story with customers, followers and the broader data and AI community.&nbsp;</p> <p>This position offers the chance to work on a dynamic, high-growth Marketing team alongside a team of passionate professionals dedicated to empowering every organization to be successful with data and AI.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Manage the planning, creation, cross-functional coordination, approval and delivery of brand campaigns across OOH, digital, social, search, CTV, and audio platforms.</li> <li>Drive campaign planning: alignment on strategy, defining objectives, researching market trends and in-market ads from competitors, and mapping key messages to target audiences.</li> <li>Oversee cross-functional collaboration with marketing, creative, product, and data teams to create, test and launch campaigns.&nbsp;</li> <li>Coordinate with the media planning and buying teams to create workback schedules for campaign asset creation across platforms (digital ads, social media, email), and ensure timely delivery.</li> <li>Use workflow tools and automation to streamline processes, monitor campaign metrics, compile performance reports, troubleshoot issues, and optimize campaigns for better reach and ROI based on real-time analytics.&nbsp;</li> <li>Research, vet and onboard a tool for testing ad creative.</li> <li>Partner with creative teams and external agencies to brief, review, and deliver compelling campaign assets on time and on brand.</li> <li>Collaborate with media teams to ensure channel strategies are optimized for reach, targeting, and effectiveness.</li> <li>Manage campaign calendars, timelines, and dependencies to ensure flawless execution across markets.</li> <li>Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.</li> <li>Ensure all campaigns maintain consistency with Databricks’ brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with product marketing, field marketing, and regional teams to ensure campaigns integrate with broader GTM (go-to-market) initiatives.</li> <li>Stay current on industry trends, emerging channels, and best practices in brand advertising and integrated campaigns.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>What we’ll look for</strong></p> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in brand management or campaign management, preferably in an enterprise brand or agency setting.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proven track record of managing multi-channel brand campaigns, from concept to delivery.</li> <li>Exceptional program management skills with meticulous attention to detail.</li> <li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.</li> <li>Experience working with creative agencies, media partners, and internal cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Familiarity with campaign measurement methodologies and ability to interpret data into insights.</li> <li>Passion for storytelling, creativity, and building world-class brands.</li> <li>Understanding and familiarity with how to enable the consistency of brand content at scale and global campaigns.</li> <li>Understanding of AI content generation tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and their capabilities to support a brand at scale.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with campaigns that span global markets.</li> <li>Background in enterprise technology, data, or AI industries.</li> <li>Hands-on knowledge of media channels including OOH, CTV, and audio.</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketi
