Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Farmer, based in Indore. Responsibilities include managing and maintaining agricultural fields, ensuring crop health and harvest, coordinating daily farming operations, using tools and equipment safely for planting, irrigation, and harvesting, and implementing sustainable and innovative farming practices to optimize yield and quality.
