Role Description & Responsibilities:

• Application Deployment & Lifecycle: Managing application installations, configuration, and upgrades DevOps way
• Automation & Scripting: Automate and standardize configurations across environments
• Pipeline Integration: Use Git and UiPath Automation Ops Pipelines to automate the deployment of automations from development to production.
• Version Control: Integrate with external source control systems to manage automation code.
• Ensuring Compliance and patching vulnerabilities
• Disaster Recovery & Backup: Ensuring application data integrity and implementing backup strategies for Windows systems.
• Team Leadership: Supervising IT engineers, managing workloads, and resolving escalated application issues (L2/L3 support), Strong Incident Management

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience managing application infrastructure
• Hands on experience of Windows Servers. Should have good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills on Windows and possibly also on Linux systems.
• Experience with UiPath platform for Orchestrator management and User/ Role Management
• Quick understanding of the IT infrastructure, various process & policies and tools and getting aligned.
• Cloud Experience would be an added advantage
• Ability to write documentation in a clear and concise way.
• Good Team Player and willing to work in a team
• Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills is mandatory
