Electronics Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues across multiple platforms including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows operating systems
• Repair and maintain computer hardware components and mobile devices
• Interpret electronic schematics and technical diagrams to identify faults
• Use hand tools to perform repairs, replacements, and adjustments on electronic equipment
• Assist in the installation and configuration of operating systems and software applications
• Conduct analysis of electronic systems to identify potential improvements or issues
• Support retail sales teams by providing technical expertise on electronic products when necessary
• Document repair procedures and maintain detailed service records

Experience

• Proven experience with software troubleshooting across various operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows
• Hands-on experience working with computer hardware components and mobile devices
• Familiarity with reading schematics and using hand tools for electronic repairs
• Knowledge of retail sales environments is a plus but not required
• Strong analysis skills to diagnose complex electronic issues efficiently
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings
