Role Highlights:

• Provide first-line support for desktops and laptops (Windows & macOS).
• Basic installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OS, software, and hardware.
• Address and resolve basic network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi).
• Maintain detailed IT asset inventory, manage asset tagging, and documentation.
• Assist with user account management, access rights, and password resets.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and ensure system updates and antivirus compliance.

Who You Are

• Passionate about IT support with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Familiar with basic hardware diagnostics and software installations.
• Comfortable with basic networking concepts and asset management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and effective communicator.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of experience in IT helpdesk or desktop support.
• Knowledge of Windows and macOS troubleshooting, Microsoft Office, antivirus software.
• Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).
• ITI, Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation: Upto 3.60 LPA
