Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Retention Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction. This position involves engaging with customers to understand their needs and concerns, providing solutions, cross selling different product types, and ultimately retaining their business. Duties
- Engage with customers through phone calls & emails to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our services.
- Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive experience for customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback through data entry.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly.
- Monitor customer accounts for any potential issues that may lead to cancellations.
- Provide multilingual support as needed to accommodate diverse customer backgrounds.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus (multilingual candidates encouraged to apply).
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and resolving conflicts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Ability to identify cross sell opportunities based on customer need
- Familiarity with office software and data entry processes is essential.
- Ability to handle payment transactions responsibly when necessary.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
