Role & responsibilities
1.Monitor and control quality parameters in raw mill, kiln feed, calciner, clinker, and cement mill operations.
- To analyze (using XRF & XRD) Collected and prepared samples of raw materials, intermediate, and finished products
3.Perform chemical and physical analysis to ensure product quality compliance
Conduct fuel testing (calorific value, ash, moisture) for efficient combustion control.
4.Carry out limestone pile (as per target) formation analysis using CBA for consistent raw mix.
5.Perform chemical analysis (LOI, LSF, SM, AM) and physical testing (fineness, setting time, strength)
6.Coordinate with production team to optimize process parameters based on lab results.
- Monitor and Identify process trends and deviations and support corrective actions during shifts.
8.Ensure calibration and proper functioning of laboratory instruments.
9.Maintain records, logs, and prepare shift-wise quality reports.
10.Follow safety, environmental, and quality standards as per plant guidelines.
11.Support continuous improvement in process efficiency and product quality.
12.Ensure consistent product quality by following defined QC standards and procedures.
13.Ensure compliance with plant quality systems, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
