About the Role
We are hiring a Junior Analyst to join our team remotely from India. You will support data collection, analysis, and reporting across research and product operations. This role is suited for early-career professionals who want to apply analytical skills in an AI-focused environment while developing expertise in data-driven decision making.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize data from internal systems and external sources
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support product, research, and operational decisions
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data summaries for internal stakeholders
- Assist in evaluating AI model outputs and performance benchmarks
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and literature reviews as needed
- Document analytical methods, assumptions, and findings clearly
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to scope data needs and interpret results
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- 0–2 years of professional experience in an analytical role (internships and academic projects count)
- Proficiency in either SQL, Python, or R
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks
Preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Familiarity with Python data libraries (Pandas, NumPy)
- Exposure to machine learning concepts or AI product environments
- Experience with project management or documentation tools (Notion, Linear, Confluence)
- Compensation: This is a paid, full-time position. Compensation is competitive with the India market and will be discussed during the interview process.
