Job Title: ERP Sales Executive (Immediate Hiring)

Location: Dai Software solution, Highlight House, Mahalaxmi Nagar, Indore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with Tech Background Welcome)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and persuasive ERP Sales Executive who can join immediately. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong sales ability with a solid understanding of software/technology. You will be responsible for selling ERP solutions online, engaging with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client queries related to ERP software
• Conduct online product demos and explain ERP solutions clearly
• Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and sales data
• Negotiate pricing and close deals confidently
• Handle objections, difficult conversations, and rude clients professionally
• Manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely closures
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

Requirements

• Strong sales and persuasion skills (non-negotiable)
• Basic to good knowledge of software/technology (ERP, SaaS, or similar)
• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
• Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets
• Confidence in dealing with different types of clients
• Good organizational and data management skills
