Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and support requests related to projects
- Coordinate customer customization requirements (layout changes, interiors, fittings, etc.)
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for customers post-booking
- Coordinate with civil, MEP, design, and site teams for execution of customer requests
- Ensure feasibility and implementation of customization changes at site
- Track and update customers on request status and timelines
- Maintain proper documentation of customer requests and approvals
- Ensure all changes are recorded and aligned with billing and costing
- Support in resolving customer complaints and service issues
- Coordinate during handover process and final inspections
- Maintain CRM and prepare customer interaction reports
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and experience
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong experience in customer handling and coordination roles
- Basic understanding of civil works and construction processes
- Ability to manage multiple customer requests and timelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong follow-up and documentation skills
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset
