Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries and support requests related to projects
  • Coordinate customer customization requirements (layout changes, interiors, fittings, etc.)
  • Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) for customers post-booking
  • Coordinate with civil, MEP, design, and site teams for execution of customer requests
  • Ensure feasibility and implementation of customization changes at site
  • Track and update customers on request status and timelines
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer requests and approvals
  • Ensure all changes are recorded and aligned with billing and costing
  • Support in resolving customer complaints and service issues
  • Coordinate during handover process and final inspections
  • Maintain CRM and prepare customer interaction reports
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and experience

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong experience in customer handling and coordination roles
  • Basic understanding of civil works and construction processes
  • Ability to manage multiple customer requests and timelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong follow-up and documentation skills
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset
