Customer Welcome & Assistance
Greet customers warmly upon arrival and create a welcoming workplace.
Understand customer needs and guide them to relevant sections or products.
Personalized Styling Support
Assist customers with outfit selection based on preferences, occasions, and trends.
Coordinate with in-store stylists (if applicable) for enhanced service.
Appointment & Queue Management
Manage trial room queues and customer appointments efficiently.
Ensure smooth flow during peak hours.
Product Knowledge
Maintain robust knowledge of Daabu’s collections, fabrics, fits, and ongoing promotions.
Educate customers about craftsmanship, especially traditional or handcrafted elements.
Customer Experience Enhancement
Offer refreshments (if applicable) and ensure customer comfort.
Handle special requests such as alterations, gift wrapping, or reservations.
Issue Resolution
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Escalate issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
Store Presentation Support
Ensure the entrance and waiting areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Assist in maintaining the overall ambiance of the store.
Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Interest in fashion, especially women’s ethnic or contemporary wear
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Presentable, polished, and qualified demeanor
Prior retail or hospitality experience preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
