Job Description
Drive IT support excellence as an IT Support Specialist II. Ensure seamless technical support across various platforms for both local and remote employees.
In this key role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining user devices while managing account access. Your collaboration with technical teams will lead to enhancements in service delivery and system improvements. You will oversee device configuration and contribute to onboarding processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality support for software and hardware issues
- Manage and maintain end-user devices
- Complete routine maintenance and system updates
- Collaborate with other IT specialists for escalations
- Document procedures and solutions for knowledge bases
Requirements
- At least 4 years of IT or desktop support experience
- Proficient in Windows and macOS; Linux familiarity a plus
- Working knowledge of network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with identity management solutions
- Strong problem-solving and communicative skills
