• The role will be responsible for leading and managing the travel nursing recruitment function, driving team performance, managing client requirements, and ensuring successful placements of qualified travel nurses for U.S. healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the travel nursing recruitment team.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Monitor team performance metrics such as submissions, interviews, and placements.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. healthcare staffing and credentialing requirements.
