Maintenance and repair Perform routine checks preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC lighting and other automated systems System monitoring Use the BMS software to monitor system performance adjust variables and analyze data to improve energy efficiency Troubleshooting Diagnose and resolve technical problems with control and monitoring systems which can include issues with alarms sensors and controllers Equipment replacement Renovate and replace faulty equipment as needed to maintain optimal performance Reporting Record system values and maintain logs to build a database for analysis and reporting Job Type Full-time Work Location In person
