Job Description
Specific responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary technical point of contact for third party vendors (MMPs, clean rooms, Data on boarders) and clients
- Leading technical integration discovery and requirements gathering with clients, agencies, and partners to align business needs and technical solutions.
- Coordinating with sales, strategic partnerships, product development, and other team members to ensure the delivery of efficient vendor and partner solutions
- Managing and resolving technical issues for assigned accounts
- Providing internal vendor and product training and technical advice
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the products and services
- Preparing and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations
- Developing reusable patterns, playbooks, and best practices for vendor collaboration
- Developing technical documentation, and implementation guides to enable commercial teams and clients
- Working closely with the customer support team to address customer inquiries and concernsQualifications:
- 5+ years work experience as a Technical Account Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of third party data and measurement AdTech ecosystem.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable API-based solutions for advertising or marketing use cases.
- Comfort interpreting and communicating API specifications.
- Familiarity with privacy preserving techniques (differential privacy, encryption, synthetic data) preferred but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
