Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist / AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in building, deploying, and scaling machine learning models in production environments. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working onsite in Berkeley Heights, NJ and have hands-on experience with large-scale data processing and model scalability (handling data volumes up to billions of records).

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science / AI / ML Engineering
• Strong experience in building, training, and deploying ML models
• Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker
• Experience in scaling ML models handling large datasets (up to 2+ billion records)
• Strong knowledge of model optimization and performance tuning
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Experience in productionizing ML models
• Strong understanding of data pipelines and distributed systems

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models
• Optimize model performance for large-scale datasets
