Established (25+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Paralegal for Plaintiff Personal Injury in Washington, D.C.
An established firm based in Washington, D.C. with over 25 years in practice is seeking a Paralegal with experience in plaintiff personal injury, including auto accident cases, to join their team in D.C. This Paralegal will support complex injury matters through litigation preparation, case organization, and client communication.
Offer:
Salary range: $55,000-$65,000+ depending on experience
Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision
401(k) with employer match

Trial preparation exposure and frequent client interaction
Qualifications
Experience supporting plaintiff personal injury matters, including auto accident cases
Experience drafting and responding to discovery and organizing medical records and case files
Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume litigation environment
Experience interacting with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
Responsibilities
Managing personal injury case files from intake through litigation support
Organizing medical records, preparing discovery responses, and drafting routine correspondence and case documents
Communicating directly with clients, medical providers, and insurance carriers
Coordinating deposition scheduling, maintaining litigation calendars, and assisting attorneys with trial preparation
Supporting senior attorneys with case strategy and day-to-day litigation tasks
