A Front Office cum Admin Executive is responsible for managing the reception area, handling day-to-day administrative activities, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth office operations while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Great and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services
  • Handle front desk operations and maintain visitor records
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and office schedules
  • Maintain office files, records, and documentation
  • Support HR and administration activities such as attendance, onboarding coordination, and employee records
  • Manage office supplies, stationery, pantry, and vendor coordination
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and facility management teams
  • Prepare reports, MIS data, and administrative documents as needed
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and maintain office discipline
  • Assist management with operational and administrative tasks

Required Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-service attitude
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
