- Create effective ad strategies across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business to reach target audiences.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate) and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to design offers, creatives, and campaigns aligned with business goals.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to drive revenue growth.
- Track pixel events, set up custom conversions, and implement retargeting strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads tools, policies, and e-commerce trends.
- Provide regular reports and recommendations to management on campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads campaign management with proven sales results.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated success in scaling product sales via Meta Ads (e-commerce).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with ability to craft compelling ad copies and product pitches.
- Strong understanding of consumer buying behavior and digital funnels.
