Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and schedule housekeeping and GDA staff to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Infection Control & Hygiene: Ensure high standards of cleanliness, specifically in hospital environments (OT, Wards, OPD).
- Supervision & Inspection: Supervise daily operations, conduct inspections of completed tasks, and ensure compliance with protocols.
- Inventory Control: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, materials, and equipment.
- Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports, manage staff attendance, and handle administrative duties.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping or a supervisory role, preferably within a hospital setting.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of cleaning chemicals, infection control techniques, and waste management.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
