As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you support facility operations and asset integrity across Curaleaf sites, bringing strong knowledge of mechanical systems, greenhouse environments, and building maintenance. You partner closely with Maintenance leadership to support day-to-day operations, maintenance planning, and project execution, while ensuring all work aligns with company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. You lead by example with accountability, clear communication, and a focus on safety, compliance, and minimizing downtime. What You’ll Do:   As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you’ll support facility operations, safety, and asset integrity across the site, ensuring equipment, infrastructure, and systems operate reliably and in compliance with Curaleaf standards. You’ll partner closely with Maintenance leadership and cross-functional teams to minimize downtime, support production goals, and maintain a safe, efficient environment.
