You’ll cut, trim, and prepare plants for drying and packaging, ensuring everything meets quality standards. With training and guidance, you’ll gain hands-on experience across the entire production cycle, including plant care, environmental monitoring, harvesting, and more. You bring curiosity, reliability, and a team-focused mindset, making you a key part of a cultivation operation that thrives on shared knowledge and cross-training.  What You’ll Do:  As a Cultivation Associate at Curaleaf, you’ll be cross-trained to support the full plant life cycle, from clone to harvest, helping to grow premium cannabis while maintaining top-quality standards.
